At applforrent you will neeed to fill out and print all 5 forms.  Notice on each form there is a place to type in the informaiton and a place for you to sign.  After filling out the required forms press the print button located on the top right had corner of each page.  Make sure that you sign each page where indicated.  A Government issued ID must be included.  You can send the forms to the community via pdf e-mail, fax or by regular mail.
