Size and Type:

We prefer 100+ unit garden style, class A, B, or C communities in A, B locations.  Value added or redevelopment/rehab potential is a plus.  50+ unit properties near an existing Stratford community will be considered.

Terms:

Stratford will close quickly with minimal contingencies and work closely with a Seller to accomodate any special tax, partnership or debt transfer concerns.
